Hey Boundaries Baddies — Welcome to Episode One! 

Let’s be real: I had no idea what I was doing when I filmed this. I didn’t know what it was supposed to look like, sound like, or even feel like. But what I did know is that I showed up. And that’s where it starts. I almost scrapped this and re-filmed it months later—now that I speak with more clarity and confidence—but that wouldn’t be transparent. And if there’s one thing this space is built on, it’s honesty. So yes, this footage is from 2024… and it’s perfectly imperfect. Thank you for listening & don't forget to leave a review!
